By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition and you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

  1. Use of Services

FemiFit offers fitness supplements, products and services. Use our Products and Services legally and without infringing on others’ rights or enjoyment of FemiFit.

  1. Registration and Account Security

To access some features, you may need to create an account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on website, like text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by FemiFit or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Do not use, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any content without FemiFit’s prior written consent.

  1. User Content

You can submit content. You retain all rights but grant FemiFit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use and display such content.

Avoid: (a) breaking any laws; (b) interfering with the Services or connected networks; (c) sending unauthorised advertising or spam; (d) impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Products & services are offered “as is” and “as available.” FemiFit doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services. FemiFit and its affiliates aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from using the Services.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

FemiFit can modify these Terms anytime. We’ll notify you of changes by posting new Terms on this page. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns to be accepted or refunds will be issued for any reason.

  1. Delivery Information

Orders received before 12PM are shipped same day.

Orders received after 12PM are shipped next business day.

You can expect 2-3 business days before receiving your order.

Delivery Cost: 20 AED including VAT for the first Five (5) KG. 

Then Two (2) AED for every Half (0.5) KG Extra.
